Once an order is placed we may or may not be able to make customer information changes. Please contact SALES@KBLovelyShop.com as soon as possible if you think you might have provided incorrect billing and shipping information.
If an order is placed with an incorrect address, the USPS will return the item to us and the customer (you) will be charged for another shipping label.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
By placing an order you are accepting that KB Lovely Shop LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
